**About the Hiring Company**:
The hiring company is a well-established engineering solutions provider specializing in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), industrial freezer systems, and advanced cooling technologies. Serving clients across commercial, industrial, and F&B sectors, the company offers full-spectrum support from system design to installation and after-sales service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales phases related to ACMV, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
- Conduct site assessments, gather client requirements, and prepare technical proposals and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal project and design teams for proper equipment selection and system integration.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source appropriate system components.
- Offer engineering assistance throughout installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Support troubleshooting and system optimization, including customer training and technical advice.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, datasheets, and manuals.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, industry developments, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ACMV, freezer, or industrial cooling systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, load calculation, and component selection.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, refrigerants, and control logic is advantageous.
- Experience in field support, commissioning, or troubleshooting is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent mechanical design tools.
