**Job Scope**
1. Conduct literature review
2. Conduct data collection such as video recording, interviews and administer surveys
3. Design data collection instruments
4. Data processing and analysis
5. Project and data management
6. Publication and report writing
7. Other research related tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator

**Job Requirements**:
1. Possess a Master or PhD degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent
2. Prior experience in research related to education and/or adult learning
3. Experience with qualitative research methods
4. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to take initiative and work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision
