**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the deposits product strategy: Navigate market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to drive a product proposition in line with key business objectives.
- Drive day-to-day product management: Lead the development, launch and ongoing optimization of deposit campaigns, product innovations, feature enhancements and customer journey improvements. Ensure efficient processes and controls are in place to support growth.
- Drive financial performance: Monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities and risks and execute initiatives to increase deposit balances and revenue.
- Champion customer experience: Be customer obsessed, collaborate with internal stakeholders as a horizontal organisation to drive operational efficiency, develop amazing employee and customer journeys, manage risk & compliance to meet our priorities of Joyful Customers, and Fulfilled Employees.
- Risk management: Appreciate and adhere to applicable regulations and internal policies while maintaining a strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Embrace agility: Be flexible and adaptable to take on new or ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in banking product or systems/platform management. Deposits product experience is a plus.
- Strong operational knowledge with understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with deposits-related processes, systems, regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across business units and functions.
- Data-driven with strategic thinking and effective implementation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong in Excel and the MS Office suite.
