Install and repair marine equipment and systems, including pumps, engines, and electrical systems.
- Perform general maintenance tasks on marine vessels, including welding, grinding, and sanding.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with marine equipment and systems.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine how to install or repair equipment.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment onto and off of marine vessels.
- Participate in the safety training program and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marine Fitter or a related position in the maritime industry will be advantage
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Basic welding, grinding, and sanding skills
- Familiarity with common marine equipment and systems, including pumps, engines, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Those without experience but with experience hands on on mechanic, or machinery is welcome to apply
