Assistant Officer, Security

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Officer to join our Facility Management team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Facilities Safety and Security Manager, the incumbent will assist in planning, organizing, and carrying out the security and workplace safety function. The right individual will also ensure the safety and security functions within the company's premises and branches are efficiently maintained within the corporate guidelines.

**What You'll Do**
- You will coordinate and supervise the maintenance of security systems such as CCTV system, card access system, alarm intrusion system, interlocking system etc.
- You will ensure the maintenance regime has been planned and carry out in accordance to schedule and contract.
- You will assist Executive Officer in planning, coordinating and supervise Security System replacement and upgrading of project.
- You will assist the Executive Officer in managing of security system related to planning and projects.
- You will schedule, coordinate and supervise the maintenance of fire protection system in order to ensure fire safety of the premises and employee.
- You will monitor and schedule, tracking of reports, payments to security vendors.
- You will assist Manager and Executive Officer with inputs and drafting of RFQ and Tender document.
- You will perform as Draw Officer duty in order to support SPPL Draw operations function and ensure good crowd control management in the process of LIVE draw operation taking place.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification.
- You will need to possess minimum PLRD valid Security Supervisor Licence.
- You will need to have a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with direct supervision of SO & SSO.
- You must be able to operate Security Surveillance and access control systems, safety, and emergency response team (ERT).
- You are familiar with operation of security surveillance and access control systems.
- You must be physically and mentally fit.
- You must be able to perform shift and work on weekends.
- You will need to have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will need to have planning and organization skills.
- You must have a broad knowledge in operations and procedures.
- You are adaptative to teamwork and you have problem solving skills.
- You are familiar with MS office and Security Visitor Management System.
- It would be good if you have skillset related in handing surveillance system project management.
- You possess of Class 3 Driving Licence.
