Position Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, SEAPAC, the Brand Activation Manager will support the Marketing team in developing retail premiumisation and trade marketing/animation plan for Singapore. He/she will work closely with the retail and commercial team to localise and maximise retail/trade plan to develop effective animation and customer experience to ensure brand excellence.
Job Description
- Develop meaningful activities, programming, partnership, events to drive traffic and consumers engagement to Raffles Boutique and Private Dining Room.
- Retail and Trade visibility for New Product Launch: lead and brief the commercial and retail teams on an integrated visibility strategy.
- Project Manager of the upcoming Raffles Boutique refresh, working with regional team to find innovative new ways to improve the existing retail experience and design concept elements.
- Work with Regional brand team members to establish a strong cohesive brand that is established across all aspects of marketing ensuring synergy and alignment for Raffles boutique.
- Support retail experience activities: design and production of POSMs through global and/or regional development.
- Support in post new product launch activation analysis, generate internal stakeholders and consumers’ feedback to identify area for improvement or best practice implementation and sharing.
- Collaborates and provides guidance to the commercial team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategies in the on/off trade and supports deployment of marketing tools e.g. brand guidelines, product sell sheets, collaterals, brand videos, brand experience booklet, POSMs, GWPs.
- Oversee all POSMs/gifts and manage order tracking with other markets in the region and follow up to ensure order accuracy versus usage to minimise risk of obsolete items.
- Assist in monitoring of A&P expenses, analysis and updating monthly scorecards to management.
Skills and Experience
- At least a Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 7 years of retail/trade marketing experience in luxury/beauty/spirit industry.
- Experienced in agency management including event, design and project agencies.
- Strong understanding of retail, shopper journey and consumer experience.
- Strong presentation skill with good knowledge on PowerPoint, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Well-organised, detail-minded and able to work with multi-tasks.
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-learning mindset with a positive working attitude.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
