Senior Executive, Training

**Job Brief**
**Responsibilities**
- Understand competitive landscape and workforce transformation skills trends, contribute to training and workshop development and marketing strategies.
- Source for and partner closely with best-in-class external vendors and trainers to design and deliver in demand programs that are aligned with objectives.
- Organize, market, and deliver planned training and workshop within budget and to generate leads for conversion into projects.
- Ensure quality delivery over trainer, curriculum, logistics and feedback.
- Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality, and assurance in accordance with the regulations, governance guidelines and standards of relevant accreditation bodies.
- Arrange processes and procedures needed for ensure the management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
- Maintain the Certification Body’s certification management system conforms to the ISO/IEC 17024 guidelines.
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery and administration of programs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or ACLP or relevant degree in Training and Assessment will be an advantage
- Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in learning and development or certification
- Prior experience in adult education, professional training, administration of grants essential
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
- You may be put up for Senior position with relevant skillset and experiences.
- Good business acumen with ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
