**AM Shift: 7.30am-7.30pm / 8am-8pm**

**PM Shift: 7.30pm-7.39am / 8pm-8am
**The Challenges**:

- Responsible for providing all bed allocation requests and services on a timely manner via bed booking system
- Perform bed allocation duties, complying to a set of rules and priorities levels
- Identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures.
- Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status if required.
- Answer phone calls on bed enquires and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests and ambulance arrangement.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and provide statistics when required.
- Send out Bed Status report on a timely basis and send out notifications of BRO and bed waiting status to designated recipients if hospital BOR is high.
- To coordinate and liaise with various parties to arrange ambulance transfer and ensure any special requirements are communicated correctly.
- Provide department administrative support where required

**What it takes**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in frontline customer service or working experience in health care industry
- Able to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
