**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for product backend design and development, thoroughly understanding requirements, proposing and implementing technical solutions to ensure stable operation upon deployment.
- Resolve key technical challenges in projects and address technological bottlenecks in online services, upgrading architectures, and optimizing performance for critical services.
- Timely respond to online incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Approach each task with an owner's mindset to communicate and drive business objectives, maintaining enthusiasm, efficiency, and high-quality completion of responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in Java development
- Solid foundation in Java, proficient in GC, multithreading, concurrency, and network programming, familiar with common design patterns.
- Familiar with the usage and principles of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Jetty, etc.
- Proficient in using and optimizing storage components like MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.
- Familiar with the usage of components like Dubbo, Kafka, Flink, Spark, Flume, and have an understanding of their mechanisms and principles.
- Enthusiastic about research, with a quick learning ability, emphasis on code quality, and a strong awareness of software engineering knowledge and coding standards.
- Strong communication skills and self-driven abilities.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese (required to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates based in China on a daily basis)
