**Responsibilities**:

- Carries out individual client care programs or portions thereof as planned by a supervising registered physiotherapist/occupational therapist.
- Attending to client/resident needs in their daily activities and performing basic care/treatment procedures under the direction of trained therapist.
- Perform therapy procedures according to protocols as instructed by therapists.
- She/He must caries out his/her duties according to established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assist therapists in recording therapy sessions according to template sets
- Communicate information of therapy sessions, resident progress or problems to therapists/department manager.
- Assists registered therapist in performing tasks, evaluations and treatment procedures
- Conduct basic or routine group therapy
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of therapy areas
- Adhere to infection control procedures
- Maintain inventories and equipment for the department

**Job Requirements**
- Must be sensitive, patience and understanding caregiver.
- Have empathy for clients/residents and a desire to improve their well-being.
- Caring, energetic, in a good state of well-being and emotionally-resilient, proactive, responsible and accountable
