【パート 】金融企業にて事務アシスタント募集！

求人内容

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage various office tasks, including coordination with external vendors.
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Assist in expense reimbursements for staff.
- Arrange restaurant reservations and coordinate gift arrangements.
- Provide accounting support as needed.
- Maintain filing and scanning of documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Coordinate document deliveries.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Manage customer information.
- Assist in updating the company website and creating video content (*No IT skills required, simple tasks).
- Provide support in compliance and risk management tasks.
- Undertake other related responsibilities.

応募資格
- Financial experience is not required. Personality is highly valued.

[Must]
- Positive and sincere personality, able to maintain confidentiality.
- Capable of multitasking and progressing with tasks.
- Willingness to handle detailed tasks and miscellaneous duties.
- Ability to speak and read Japanese. (*Tasks include expense reimbursement for Japan trips (receipts in Japanese), arranging flowers for clients in Japan, and making reservations at Japanese restaurants.)

[Advantage]
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
- Experience working in Japanese companies
- 金融経験不問。人柄重視です。

- 細かい作業や雑務を厭わない方
- 英語中級レベル必須（*社内は日本語ですが、会計士や業者とのやり取りは英語です）
