As the AVP, AI Research Scientist, you will be responsible for formulating AI strategies and establishing research and development (R&D) processes to achieve these objectives. Your role will be central to leveraging AI to address client challenges and enhance user experiences across the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities where AI can stimulate business growth and drive innovation. You will be at the forefront of advancing AI capabilities, ensuring that AI-powered solutions are effectively integrated to elevate operational efficiency and product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a measurable impact on operations and client outcomes.
- Lead R&D efforts to explore and create innovative AI-driven solutions that solve business challenges and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive business growth and operational improvements.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in AI research, guiding projects from conceptualization through to implementation.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate AI research into practical, scalable solutions that integrate into existing systems and platforms.

**Your areas of expertise**:

- Proven experience in AI research and development, with a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks.
- Solid background in leading AI-driven R&D initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
- Expertise in leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges and improve user experiences in diverse industries.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, with a strong grasp of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Ability to formulate strategic AI initiatives and drive successful execution from idea to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams in driving AI innovation.
