(Fixed-term) Project Management Lead

**The Role**:
Develop detailed cross functional project plans to support the building of the organization of Moderna Singapore and manage project workstreams and milestones

Set up KPIs for each allocated project and monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery of the different projects and initiatives

Prepare detailed project briefs and status reports for senior management and external stakeholders

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Collaborate effectively with relevant global, regional and local cross-functional stakeholders to efficiently drive project conceptualization, planning and implementation

Deliver excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders and members

Deliver projects with quality outcomes and within set timelines

Provide quick, thorough analysis of projects while providing thoughtful and ethical judgment, innovative ideas and agile response for tasks and situations

Proactively seek diverse inputs and insights from macro-environment and stakeholders to drive discussion, decision-making and innovative solutions

Work closely with General Manager and cross-functional team members to execute ad hoc projects and other tasks allocated

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
2-3 years of project management experience in multi-national healthcare companies

Proven ability in planning and hands-on experience in managing diverse cross-functional stakeholders to timely deliver planned project milestones and KPIs

Possess robust networks and experience working in the Singapore healthcare ecosystem

Strong role-modelling of Moderna Mindsets

Experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry is a must
