We’re expanding our team and seek an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and contribute to our continued success.

**What You'll Do**:
**A. Project Coordination and Client Communication**
- Evaluate project information and lead client communication to establish project parameters and requirements.

**B. Design Concept Development**
- Develop and lead the creation of design concepts, including photographic image studies, interior design solutions, and conceptual ideas.
- Facilitate design charrettes and oversee the development of design details.

**C. Project Involvement**
- Manage all aspects of each project from programming through to completion, ensuring high standards of execution.

**D. Presentation and Design Drawings**
- Oversee the preparation of presentations and design drawings, ensuring they meet client expectations and project standards.

**E. Creative Development and Training**
- Guide junior designers in developing block plans, bubble diagrams, and drafting design details.
- Review and revise drawings as needed.

**F. Team Coordination and Integration**
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure the integration of design elements and provide guidance on design document formats.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of design consultants.

**G. Quality Control**
- Ensure quality control across all interior design functions, including accuracy and adherence to company design standards.

**H. Project Management**
- Establish project programs with the Project Manager/Principal, prepare progress reports, and address changes in scope or client decisions.

**I. Construction Oversight**
- Oversee interior design aspects of construction, ensuring conformance with design concepts and addressing related questions.

**J. Technical Specifications and Material Selection**
- Direct the gathering of technical specifications for interior design elements (FF&E) and make decisions on material selection.

**K. Client Interaction**
- Lead client interactions and design presentations to finalize project parameters and requirements.

**L. Finish Board Construction**
- Direct the construction of finish boards to effectively present design options.

**M. Development of Design Standards**
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of in-house design standards, policies, and procedures.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**:5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
- **Leadership**:Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- **Client Focus**:Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs and expectations.
- **Creativity**:A high level of creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating exceptional design experiences.
