Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for your allocated site or sites. The areas of responsibility includes personnel safety, process safety, product quality, supply reliability, plant availability and customer satisfaction. You need to ensure daily operation adheres strictly to Air Liquide Industrial Management System, Quality Management System, local laws and regulations. You will be in charge of ISO & IMS compliance of the operations. You will also required to provide professional service to meet the customer demands and requirements.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Shift team to perform operations monitoring such as plant logging and routine checks on nitrogen generator and auxiliary equipment to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify and support in rectification on any plant or system anomalies to ensure zero reliability incident through data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and products supplied are within customer contractual specification.
- Ensure bulk gases inventory management in performing ordering & receiving protocol.
- Ensure timely performance of operational equipments' preventive maintenance e.g. analyzer calibration to ensure quality measurement and records, and back-up equipment test run etc. in accordnance to standard operating procedure.
- Perform planned shutdown maintenance planning, execution of planned shutdown for maintenance, troubleshoot and start up of Nitrogen generator plant.
- Attend to unplanned shutdown situation within and out of working hours.
- Support project management in new Nitrogen generator plant and bulk gases installation, commissioning and operations.
- Shift team to perform operations monitoring such as product logging & routine checks on all BSGS systems.
- Shift team to perform change out of BSGS pallets / drums in accordance with standard operations procedure.
- Ensure BSGS stock inventory management in performing ordering & receiving as per customer's protocol.
- Identify and troubleshoot for any BSGS anomalies while escalating to customer to engage service provider for rectification work in order to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as Emergency Response Team Member
- Compliance with company HSE's 12 Life Saving Rule and company Quality protocol.
- Maintain good working relationship with customers.
- Proactive to identify customer's needs and prevent customer's complaints.
- Manage customer's expectations and requirements in daily operations.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Diploma in any discipline of Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferably possess experience in materials supply or manufacturing, with expertise in handling hazardous materials, with a preference for experience in semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas environments.
