Singapore HST MEDICAL PTE LTD Full time

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Treat patients at the clinic to the best of ability
- Keep good clinical records of patients’ visits
- Diplomatically resolve issues with good customer service when situation arises
- Order of clinic supplies such as herbal granules
- Work closely with clinic and sales assistant for benefit of clinic and product sales
- Coordinate with relevant departments and perform necessary administrative and operational duties for smooth clinic operation
- Oversea cleanliness of clinic
- Manage maintenance of premises, equipment and machinery
- Support sales and marketing activities in collaboration with HST Sales and Marketing team when required

**Requirements**:

- Relevant TCM degree with at least 3 years of experience in treating patients as a TCM physician.
- Well versed in internal medicine, acupuncture and cupping
- Those who possess additional TCM-related skills are welcome
- Must be proficient in both Mandarin and English
- Is responsible and possess adaptability
- Has a pleasant personality and demeanor
- Possess excellent communication skills and bedside manners
- Detail-oriented to keep good clinical records and administrative work when required
- Takes good care of equipment, machinery and property in the clinic
