The **Assistant MarComms Manager **should be able to grasp consumer behaviour trends, generate

creative ideas, and have a passion for the art of marketing. He/she will organise creative campaigns

and promotional events to reach the market and culture customer interest for our products, strengthen

our reputation, and facilitate continuous growth. The position reports to the Head of Marketing &
Communications

**Marketing & Communications Management
1. Develop a marketing campaign to drive sales and traffic for our group of companies

2. End-to-end planning, creative development, execution of traditional and digital campaigns

3. Work closely with Operations and CCD team to drive communication and marketing

4. Weekly social, feedbacks, and sales reports for our group of companies

5. Ensure timely delivery and execution of projects and campaigns

6. Liaise and manage vendor(s), food partner(s) and external partner(s)

7. Closing report based on ROI at the end of each campaign

8. Budget and time management for marketing campaigns

9. Copywriting and creation of communication materials

**Digital Marketing
1. Drive and increase brand affinity with customers through active social media engagement

2. Manage content and updates for the website, mobile app, and other digital channels

3. Content generation for all social media platforms for the group of companies

**Job Requirements
1. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in F&B, lifestyle, retail, or service-related industries

2. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred

3. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work on weekends where needed

7. Independent and reliable

8. Resourceful and creative
