5.5 days per week (2 shifts)
- Mon to Sat (8am to 5.30pm or 11am to 8pm); Sun or PH (9.30am to 5.30pm or 11am to 7pm)
- Location: Alexandra
- Industry: Automotive (Sales & Marketing Dept)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle day to day front desk reception duties
- Attend to phone enquiries and provide assistance in an efficient manner
- Attend to walk-in customers and directing them appropriately
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system
- Ensure order and tidiness of the showroom and reception area
- Ad-hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of customer service experience in a receptionist, CS, admin role
- Service-oriented with good communication skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated and willing to learn
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Willing to work in out of office locations when requested
