**About the role**

You deep dive into technical solutions, work with operational users to acquire datasets and models for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a product developer.

**What you will be working on**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) technology
- Proactively identify, initiate and promulgate worthwhile engineering projects across the SAF
- Work with operational users to acquire datasets and models
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for SAF use

**Challenge(s)**
- Maintaining in-depth understanding of AI/ML and languages like Python

**What we are looking for**
- Education in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks and deep learning
- Hands-on experience with current AI tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Ability to multi-task and work under stressful environments
- Strong leadership traits, good planning abilities, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
