AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most complex problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
The AWS Energy and Water team is searching for a passionate and talented Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to support power, water and renewable projects growing our Data Center infrastructure. The TIPM will lead cross functional and technical programs and effectively review and communicate key power and water infrastructure delivery metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership through business reviews and goals. They must be able to identify trends and patterns across power, renewable energy, and water projects being delivered across APJC and identify the right owners within the team to lead.
The TIPM will be familiar with a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle. They'll be able to exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
Key job responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) Responsibilities:

- Support power, water and renewable projects to drive the growth of our Data Center infrastructure.
- Lead cross functional and technical programs and communicate key metrics related to power and water infrastructure delivery to internal stakeholders and leadership during business reviews.
- Analyze trends and patterns across power, renewable energy, and water projects in the APJC region, identifying project leads within the team.
- Determine key delivery metrics for power and water infrastructure, identify trends, and facilitate technical sessions with the energy and water project managers.
- Develop cross-functional project management plans, review dashboard metrics, and build trust with stakeholders across multiple time zones. Streamline processes, design effective solutions, and remove obstacles to ensure timely achievement of power and water goals, as well as our 2040 net-zero carbon targets.
