**Purpose and Scope**

This position will be responsible for supporting key account management activities for power (thermal and/or renewable energy).

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with key customers and internal teams to operationationalise commercial agreements for power
- Develop acute understanding of key customer contracts to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Support key customers’ requests or enquiries which may involve commercial negotiation and deal structuring to incorporate amendments to existing contractual arrangements or to execute new agreements
- Leverage relationships with strategic customers to originate new business opportunities
- Customer engagement and relationship building
- Regular management reporting and updates on key customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications & experience**
- Degree in Business, Engineering or Economics
- At least 5 years of key account management or corporate sales experience
- Relevant experience in the power or energy industry would be preferred
- Experience in the semiconductor or data centre industry would be viewed favourably

- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centricity
- Analytical and possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Independent learner and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel
