**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure invoices and claims are accounted in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve any invoicing and payment related issues with procurement, operations and external suppliers
- Handle bank reconciliation and vendor's reconciliation
- Accountable for timely payment processing for suppliers’ invoices, employee claims, patients refunds etc.
- Maintenance of cash book
- Month-end closing, reconciliation to GL and assist senior accountant in preparation of reports for management reporting
- Participate in accounts payable process and system improvement
- Provide assistance on requests for AIC, MOH or other financial audits
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / University degree or equivalent in Accountancy or Finance
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in accounts payable and/or general accounting experience
- Independent and good team player with pleasant personality
- Good communication skills with positive working attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel
- Able to handle large volume of invoices
- Independent, hands-on and able to work in a humble setting
- Knowledge of InfoCare accounting software and GST reporting would be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
