**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
- Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft
- To identify name, flight information, date and special service request details to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination
- Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage
- Attend to passengers’ inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
- Gather wheelchairs where required and return them to the staging area for use
- Ensure cleanliness and safety condition of the wheelchair
- Report to supervisor if any equipment or services failed to meet the standards
- Compliance to SOP and safety standards when assisting passenger including checks for wheelchair conditions and reporting prior to transporting passenger

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Ability to converse and write in Basic English
- Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside)
- **Flexi arrangement but must able to commit at least 4 slots a week (at least 1 weekend) at the following timings**:_

a) 0500-1000H

b) 1100-1600H

c) 1700-2200H

Company transport will be provided for shift starting 0500H.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
