Job Responsibilities

Perform general administrative support and consumer loans processingContribute and work actively to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Ensure compliance of regulatory and internal policy Assist the Ops team on internal / external audit and compliance to internal and external guidelinesLead, supervise and manage team members efficiently & effectively to achieve high productivity and performance standardEnsure timely delivery of all products’ Service Level Agreement (SLA)Review team member’s performance to identify knowledge gaps and identify ways to enhance their competencyProvide objective feedback to team members during the half-yearly / annual performance appraisal exerciseCultivate good team spirit, co-operation and commitment amongst team members to create a cohesive working environmentPlan tasks, manage own time and resources to complete goalsIdentify and provide constructive feedback and effective solutions to resolve immediate issues / operation gapsEnsure prompt follow up action to resolve these issuesParticipate and assist in Projects undertaken by the Division and support its successful implementation within agreed time frame and budgetJob Requirements

Minimum a recognized degree in relevant field

Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking / financial services industry Sound knowledge of banking operations, products and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, critical thinking and analysis and problems solving skillsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAble to design controls and present the process in a clear and concise mannerIndependent and reliable to complete tasks effectively and efficiently to achieve goalsPleasant personality, co-operation and approachable
