Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will offer a minimum six years’ combined executive/senior management experience. You will be highly familiar with technology-based partner, channels, alliance and/or ecosystem management - having worked across international markets in a either a chief or lead sales role or within the M&A space.

As the **Global Ecosystem Lead **, you will be responsible for building a vision and roadmap for the formation and nurturing of a vibrant ecosystem of alliances, partners, innovators, influencers, and market shapers - ensuring alignment with the group’s broader strategic plans and growth targets.

Working collaboratively with the Executive team and regional business leads, you will draw upon your visionary leadership to ensure the execution of your business strategies are in sync with the overarching corporate strategy focusing on future, large-scale growth.

Key functions and/or responsibilities:

- Spearhead the development of divisional strategic plans, providing thoughtful and visionary leadership and direction.
- Oversee the majority of operational activities within the division.
- Monitor performance ensuring objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurialism and thought leadership.
- Continuously review metrics, system and processes to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key industry relationships to secure and expand revenue streams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in economics, international business, business administration, or a relevant field of study.
- No less than six years’ experience working in technology-based partner, channels, alliance and/or ecosystem management in either a chief or lead sales role
no less than 5 years in a similar role with 3 plus more years’ experience working in M&A.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering effective ecosystem development strategies that have had a material impact on revenue.
- Experience in creating and successfully implementing business strategies, management frameworks, resourcing plans, and procedures within set time frames and budgets.
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performance teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong technical competence and practice of effectively leveraging data-driven insights.
