On top of training provided by AIA Singapore (_amazing, honestly_), SP-KCA also provides curated learning sessions from lawyers, estate planners, and a carefully revised training programme planned by our second generational MDRT team.

**Qualifications**:

- Age 21 years old and above
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum full Certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, or diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Great conversationalist
- Ambition to excel

SP-KCA is looking to prepare the next generation to take over.

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $5,000.00 per month
