**Job brief**:We are looking for a talented Content & Video Editor to plan and assemble recorded footage that is engaging and visually appealing for our audiences on our Youtube channel or educational academy.

You’ll have a chance to shape the direction of our content in an up-and-coming industry of play-to-earn gaming as well as support our Chief Of Gaming in captivating audiences throughout SouthEastAsia with written and video content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manipulate and edit videos for punchiness and exceptional visual interest for a digital audience
- Take a brief to grasp team’s needs and specifications while advising on content anglesReview shooting script and raw material to create a potential curriculums or sequences for exciting scenes
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts for more complex videos
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video or Content Editor
- Strong command of the English language
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing is a plus, but not directly required
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field is a bonus

**BONUS POINTS**:

- Experience working in a startup environment
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industry
