**Overview**:
Your role will be to assist the Finance Manager and Director in executing routine finance duties to keep the financial operations of the company running smoothly. You will also provide direct support to the other teams in finance related duties such as preparing purchase orders and relevant payments. You will be part of a fast-growing leading company in Singapore’s wedding industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounts receivables : preparing and recording sales order and invoices, recording payments from customers, monitor collection

Accounts payables : preparing purchase order, recording suppliers’ invoices and preparing payments

Assist to manage the Fixed Assets in accounting system

Record bank transaction promptly & prepare month-end reconciliation

Prepare timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports

Review balance sheet, prepared detailed schedules across fixed assets,prepayment, deposit and accrued expenses

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Maintaining accurate records for all transactions

To ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting task

Assist in any ad-hoc assignment and reporting

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent

A minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent, team player and ensure the accuracy and completion of deliverables within stipulated timelines

Good attitude and interpersonal skills

Hardworking, self-driven, willingness to learn and able to take initiative

Technical, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills

Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects

Knowledge of Xero accounting systems is an advantage

Audit experience will be an added advantage

Able to start work immediately or within short notice
