**Job Description**:
Doka Singapore is currently looking for a Senior Project Technician MEEAP who will be responsible for providing engineering design and calculation support to **high-rise buildings** and **civil infrastructure projects** across the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who understands the formwork and scaffolding industry, is able to manage formwork design planning independently, as well as support the Sales team during proposal and pitching.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Engineering EAP. This position is based in** Singapore.**

**Responsibilities**:

- The Senior Project Technician MEAAP will have regular contact with customers and the Sales department as a problem solver and discussion partner
- Work with the Sales team to produce AutoCAD drawings, Revit formwork models using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the solution to be used for actual jobsites
- Ensure that the drawings and solutions indicate the proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs.
- Perform static analysis and prepare specifications for deliveries
- Provide material lists for quotations to the sales and operations teams to ensure timely shipments of material to sites
- Participate in staff training programs and be able to provide training on products and formwork solutions to customers and agents
- Support the Sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines)
- Ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations
- Ensure that the policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are adhered to
- Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of formwork experience with international formwork systems, especially in civil construction - bridges, tunnels, pylons and high-rise buildings
- Knowledge of Doka Formwork Systems will be an advantage
- Outstanding skills in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of RSTAB is an advantage
- Knowledge of working with BIM models in Revit and Inventor is an advantage
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and technical proficiency
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly bring across the relevant points to all stakeholders including clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets
- Ability to work in a team environment on standard and major projects
- Willingness to travel and be mobile
