Roles & Responsibilities

**Integration Consultant/Lead (Patient Management)-**
- Open to build up Healthcare industry domain knowledge
- 6+ experience as Business Analyst/Consultant or Team Lead in SAP Module (preferably SAP CRM or SD module such as Business Partner, Customer Master, Activity, Organisation Structure). SAP S4HANA would be an added advantage
- Ability to drive business user discussion, including planning for discussion, agenda, understanding business problem, business requirement, translate business requirement to system requirements, communicate with users in layman term, capture meeting minutes, follow up on action items to drive closure of discussion
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to translate business needs into requirements and use cases, with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
- Excellent understanding of the information model and how it is applied to integrate with all the other business processes, and system architecture
- Ability to conduct discussion with Vendor team (e.g., to integrate system with external system), understand high level integration method (e.g., Web Service, File Base transfer), communicate with vendors on high level technical term (e.g. file base delimiter, sync, async, downtime handling, etc.)
- Produce Functional and Interface Specification. Walk through documentations to various teams (e.g., Developer team. External System team)
- Perform Unit Testing to validate design based on specification and communicate defects to developers for fixes
- Provide support and defect fixing during SIT/UAT/Regression Testing/Deployment preparations.
- Have experience in leading a team of 3 or more. Ability to provide guidance to Analysts
**Top 3 MUST have skills**:
1. Business Analyst skills, understanding Business Process, Requirement Gathering, performing requirements mapping

2. Understand System Integrations methods (e.g., Web Service, File Base interface)

3. Minimally 3 End to End Implementation Cycle (e.g., Analyse, Design, SIT, UAT, Deployment and Support)
