**About the Role**:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic **Lead Teacher**who will take the lead in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate English-language curriculum for young children. You will provide guidance to assistant teachers, communicate closely with families, and help shape a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and delivery of English language and literacy activities
- Guide and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
- Monitor and document children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

**Requirements**:

- Advance Certificate In Early Childhood Care and Education (L1 certified)
- Start Immediately
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a childcare or preschool setting
- Passionate, responsible, and team-oriented
- Execute curriculum and manage classroom independently
