**Job Description**:
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with cleanroom safety rules, hygiene standards, and relevant regulations.
- Perform packing duties in a cleanroom environment, ensuring goods (machine/components) are securely packed using cleanroom-compliant packaging materials, such as sealed bags, cleanroom-compatible boxes, or crates, while adhering to precise measurements and quality standards.
- Perform onsite measurement of cargo, parts, or machines in a cleanroom environment, and assist in implementing packaging designs based on item size, weight, and customer requirements.
- Operate and handle equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and manual lifting tools to manage items based on size and weight.
- Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
- Use measurement tools, and cleanroom-compatible techniques to ensure precision in packing.
- Ensure goods are packed accurately, securely, and safely to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Follow strict cleanroom procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Adhere to company standards by wearing cleanroom coveralls and PPE during work.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in cleanroom packaging environments.
- Able to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Proficient in using cleanroom-approved packaging tools and equipment.
- Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of operational experience.
- Experience with crane lifting operations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and hygiene standards.
- Computer literacy is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
