**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and teaching Junior College Math aligned with the MOE syllabus using our proprietary teaching methodology.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through peer-sharing and training sessions to stay current with educational trends.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to implement innovative projects.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Commitment to Training**: This is a full-time opportunity requiring full commitment to the training program; no other jobs or business ventures can be held concurrently.
- **Long-term Vision**: We seek individuals who love teaching but wish to avoid administrative burdens and office politics. A commitment of at least 3 to 5 years is essential.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A sincere dedication to helping students reach their full potential is a must.
- **Willingness to Learn**: Openness to being coached in our unique teaching methodology is essential.

**Qualifications**
- NIE-trained or hold a Math degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum Grade: O-Level Math (A1/A2) or A-Level Math (A).
