**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible to oversee the operation of the carpark traffic management and security department for Manpower Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Requirement to lead the security team.

**Manpower Management**
- Overall in-charge of the carpark traffic management and security personnel shift deployment and duty rosters.
- Supervise on-the-job trainings and SOP trainings for new hires and existing security staff and agency security staff.
- Involve in the recruitment process (interview and screening) for new officers.
- Maintain overall discipline and conduct of all security personnel as mandated by law.
- Handle Employee Grievances and Disciplinary matters as mandated by law.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Liaise with the Accounts and Operations Manager and/or with the external stakeholders with regards to daily operational issues and execute instructions as required.
- Administrate Agency Security contract.
- Produce necessary reports and data.

**Operational Requirement**
- Conduct Security Audits and drills as required by the company.
- Assess Security Risks and propose mitigation measures or improves from time to time.
- Security & Contingency planning.
- Ensure compliance and relevant equipment’s required are deployed accordingly.
- CCTV investigations as and when required.
- Form and Lead Security Watch Groups.

**SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To be a certified ERT/SIC in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
- Liaising with Authorities and Partners for security related matters.
- Attend to customer’s security related complaint if any.
- Perform any other duties, which may be necessary from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**
- WSQ Diploma in Security Management
- Possess valid security license - PWM Chief Security Officer (CSO) grades (PLRD License)
- Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in security environment.
- With healthcare experience will be an added advantage
- 5.5 days work week
