**Purpose of Job**
At specified locations in vicinity of SGH/SKH/KKH or any hospitals designated by Linen Division or YRI Management, Linen Attendant will collect, load/unload soiled linen bags from/onto trolleys, push and move trolleys, load/unload linen trolleys from laundry vehicles, wash linen trolleys, conduct quality checks, prepare, deliver and replenish clean linen, count and prepare vouchers for special items.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure soiled linen bags at soil linen room, ward, departmental level, clinic or specified location are collected at required times
- Conduct quality check, prepare, deliver, stack clean linen to the shelves and replenish clean linen at ward and departmental level or users according to user norms / requirements
- Load soiled linen bags and unload of washed linen from laundry vehicles daily
- Wash and clean linen trolleys daily where applicable
- Assist in the transportation of trolleys to and from linen room, ward and departmental level
- Check, count and prepare vouchers for special items where applicable
- To monitor driver delivery timing to hospital
- **Other Duties**
- To perform any other duties as directed by Linen Management.
**Requirements (Minimum education and experience profile required by the jobholder to perform the job).**

- Able to speak, read and understand simple English
- Good attitude, courteous and able to follow instructions

- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to perform shift work.
- Willing to perform overtime when required
