**MAIN PURPOSE**

Reporting to Regional Supply & Demand Manager, the Regional Supply & Demand Executive - Fragrance & POSM will manage Regional supply and distribution of products including Fragrance, POSF, Product Packaging, Retail Sales Tools, PLV/VM, Editions, CS tools and CRM to ensure good stock availability and client satisfaction in SEA, THA, AUS and Ecommerce channel.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Stock Management (Fragrance and POSF)**
- Ensure and monitor stock level at its requirement in all network
- Stock allocation of all incoming shipment to every network in accordance with market budget, specific needs, customer backorders and local launch strategy
- Liaise and meet with regional Fragrance Team, local marketing team and local Sales Operations team on marketing calendar and 360 launch plans every month
- Manage order creations and shipment follow up as required
- Manage expiring fragrance and POSF product post change to 2nd choice location every month and follow up annual stock destruction
- Liaise and work in collaborations with Regional Fragrance Team, Marketing, VM and Commercial teams to understand local trends, sales performance, network change and customer feedback
- **Stock Management and forecasting **(POSM)**
- Consolidation POSM forecast needs for whole region in every cycle when needed
- Analysis forecasts data by market to its most reliable needs and follow up on shipment
- Monitor regional stock level and consumption status closely, project stock needs in advance to always ensure a healthy inventory level at regional warehouse
- Monitor and manage all invalid, aging and unusual customer orders with different markets
- Ensure POSM catalogue and sharing intranet is always up to date
- Manage stock destruction with local Logistic and Finance team
- **Global Target Stock Maintenance**
- Ensure central target stock is always aligned with market performance, adapt stock policy according to sales trend and sales seasonality, anticipate seasonal stock needs during festive time and for all new openings and renovations.
- Ensure system is always updated (i.e., Booster and SAP) for assortment and MRP changes
- **Reporting and Communications**
- Actively communicate stock status, shortages, and shipment delays internally and externally
- Lead POSM forecast, consumption and projection file for whole region
- Lead fragrance excess stock analysis report for whole region
- Responsible for the retrieval, update, and analysis of all weekly/monthly/yearly Stock reports: Inventory level, Sales through, Stock rotation, Assortment fulfilment rate, aging reports
- Liaise with regional Cartier counterparts for stock, sales, and assortment information when needed

**Skills**
- Require minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related functions with handling of a wide SKU base, prior experience in SAP is a plus
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (highly required)
- High-intermediate MS Excel skill (highly required)
- Self-motivated, quick learner, result oriented, positive attitude, ability to plan and prioritize and able to work under pressure
