Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strong and reliable fitness training support and guidance to customers by helping them reach their health and fitness goals.
- Track and monitor progress, workout statistics, and fitness performance of customers regularly.
- Ensure up to date knowledge and skills on SPARKD’s exercises, workout, and training materials to increase reliability and strengthen the fitness guidance provided to customers according to their needs and requirements, based on SPARKD’s standards.
- Recommend a fit for purpose training schedule, workout, and fitness advise.
- Act as Brand Ambassador incorporating SPARKD’s values and principles at all times.
- Provide full service to clients.
- Achieve quality and operational targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Personal Training clients as well as running Classes.

Qualifications and Experience:

- With at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Fitness/Personal Trainer.
- Fitness/Personal Training Certification required.
- Strong passion, knowledge, and understanding of fitness, health, and exercises.
- Tech Savvy as this would require management of clients through different platforms and apps.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and teaching skills.
- Professional, friendly, approachable, reliable, and can work with mínimal supervision.
- In-house Training will be provided.
