**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in drafting client proposals
- Participating in department initiatives
- Spotting and developing new business growth opportunities with existing clients
- Training and coaching audit team members by conducting timely performance review and providing feedback to them
- Working on external audit engagements with Grant Thornton audit methodology for multinational organisations of various sizes

**Qualifications and skills**
- At least 4 years’ experience in statutory audits
- Completed qualification for one of the following: Singapore CA, ACCA, CA Australia, CPA Australia, ICAEW, or US CPA is a plus
- Progressive audit experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm is highly preferred
- Required degree in Accounting or ACCA
- Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in SFRS and SSA, as well as IFRS and ISA. US GAAP and/or SOX 404 knowledge will be advantageous
- Singapore residency and be able to work in Singapore
