The Deputy Director (FP&A) reports directly to Office of Finance and supports the overall financial reporting function of PaCE.

PaCE plays a crucial coordinating role between SkillsFuture Singapore, the Ministry of Education and various NTU’s entities in promoting CET and lifelong learning. The centre offers a wide range of programmes and courses for working professionals that are curated from various disciplines and conducted via different learning platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Go-to-person for all finance matters in Pace
- Critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions which includes evaluating, analyzing and highlighting operational risk to the business
- Evaluate and recommend investments, capital expenditures and financing of projects
- Develop and support short and long-term operational strategies to co-drive and meet targets
- Review offering on pricing strategies
- Ensure proper business performance management through profitability and operational analysis
- Provide regular updates on business plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Oversee business control planning and management reporting
- Ensure financial, legal and regulatory compliance to governmental and audit guidelines, strong corporate governance, proper accounting and use of public resources

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business related with minimum 15 years of working experience, preferably with FP&A and Finance business partnering experience
- Demonstrated track record in delivering business and financial solutions to optimize business performance
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Ability to think analytically and strategically to develop strategic plans for both short-and long-term needs
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of SAP Hana preferred
