**Overall Job Scope**

The role requires effective planning and implementation of programmes and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination with partners such as social service agencies, schools, medical institutions, grassroots leaders and art therapists to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.

The role is crucial in creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum in creative arts therapy. The person develops and maintains the programme environment to support each individual within it.

**Duties And Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Design effective art therapy programmes and ensure the overall integrity of the programmes appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget.
- Conduct comprehensive art therapy sessions, workshops and educational in-services that meet needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and arts therapists team on clinical care planning and issues revealed through the creative art therapy sessions.
- Manage the programme's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits.
- Initiate extra activities and other possible creative art therapy interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise.
- Maintain accurate creative art therapy session statistics in quality assurance efforts and reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the General Manager.
- Conduct in-house research on art therapy through collaborations with local universities.
- Develop and maintain creative art therapy internship program.

**Requirements**:

- Masters in Art Therapy from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of art therapy experience
- Experience in managing a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferably registered with MOE and eligible for ANZACATA
- Full-time preferred / Part-time possible
