Knight Frank is in the midst of a dynamic growth and transformation phase within its Asia Pacific Occupier Strategy & Solutions business. This transformation has led for the need to source an Occupier professional with proven business development and transaction skills.

This position will have a strong focus on networking and building relationships with APAC Corporate Real Estate professionals and managing transactions across the region. This person will implement strategic plans for the Occupier Strategy & Solutions service line, and build lasting client relationships that inturn drives transactional opportunities and cross border collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients.
- Provide outstanding client relationship management by acting as the direct contact between Knight Frank and the client
- Work with team members to secure APAC Occupier multi market and account mandates.
- Drive cross border brokerage opportunities and work closely with local Knight Frank businesses to manage and close transactions
- Participate and contribute to APAC targeting calls and identify new business opportunities
- Work with Global Portfolio Solutions team to support global and regional pursuits and provide intelligence
- Maintain an accurate up-to-date client targeting database
- Work with Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions and APAC Head of Global Portfolio Solutions to implement Occupier business plan & strategy.
- Build strong relationships with tenants rep teams across the Knight Frank Occupier platform an.
- Cross sell and promote value add offerings (valuations, workplace, strategic consulting etc) to organically grown revenue.
- Ability to review, recommend and negotiate terms with the clients.
- Manage and support with RFP’s and proposals as opportunities arise.

**Requirements**:

- Able to demonstrate ability to network and build relationships
- Previous transaction management experience
- Organised and methodical in approach.
- Strong understanding of financial models required in transaction management
- Must be able to demonstrate a collaborative and values led approach.
- Personable and engaging personality.
- A degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Must have +5 years relevant real estate experience
