**Job Summary**

Responsible for the assembly and dis-assembly diversity injection molds. Repairing and maintenance of mold inserts and mold components. Works from plans, schedules, and specifications to perform related operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares injection molds for production need
- Assembly and disassembly of any mold base required in mold repair process
- Participates in projects at all phases to learn the use of all mold making tools and equipment
- Participate in production of injection molds and tooling to meet schedule requirements
- Verify accuracy and functionality of work at all stages.
- Use various measuring devices including micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machine, gauges and all inspection equipment
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Works with the team to meet delivery date
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred with an emphasis on mold making
- Able to understand and perform work according to company standards
- Familiar to machine operation (e.g. grinding, milling)
- Able to interpret 2D or 3D mechanical drawing
