**Make an Impact**:
**Estate Brands Portfolio Management**
- Support the launch of the new The Glenrothes 51YO working with Global and Local teams on the roll-out.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with APAC markets and global teams across Highland Park, The Glenrothes, Naked Malt, Famous Grouse and NO.3 Gin to support brand initiatives, providing feedback and addressing local market needs
- Work across departments (including but not limited to) Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure financial alignment, profitability management, and cohesive execution of supply and distribution plans
- Support the annual growth planning process with the markets, APAC Brand Investment priorities and annual marketing calendar in line with brand guidelines and strategies
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing materials to ensure they meet the specific needs of markets or contribute to the global creative process

**Market Research & Intelligence Tracking**
- Monitor and analyze research/internal data, industry trends, business environment, competitor activities, possible implications/opportunities for The Edrington Group (TEG) portfolio
- Ensuring accurate and timely creation of payments, maintenance of administrative budget spreadsheets

**Digital Marketing & Communication**
- Support the team with The Macallan APAC Go-To-Market communication toolkit for the two new launches of “Harmony Collection” and “A Night on Earth” for synergized APAC-wide communication launches.
- Manage the APAC Social Media Calendar by collaborating with Global Brand Team and in-market stakeholders to maintain a coordinated social media roll-out schedule
- Support APAC Paid, Owned and Earned communication Analysis and insight across for brand strategizing and discussion at executive level

**Your Talent and Skills**:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Written and spoken Mandarin a plus
- Data Analysis (comfortable with interpreting social media insights, campaign performance metrics, etc..)
- Project management Basic knowledge of workflow tools (Excel, Asana, etc..)
- Adaptability: Willingness and agility to learn in various settings
- Attention to detail: Ensuring high quality work produced
- Strong project management skills by taking initiative in monitoring the project progress and timely completion of task
