**Position Summary
**Responsibilities**
- Track, monitor and provide assessment of ESG policy issues and their implications to SHEIN’s business and operations
- Support the development of recommendations to senior management and relevant internal teams on strategies to manage ESG policy risks and enhance SHEIN’s public positioning on ESG issues
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with key global stakeholders (e.g. non-governmental and international organisations, industry associations, government officials and regulators, other industry and business organisations), with a primary focus on social impact and ESG projects
- Organise and manage meetings with external parties related to ESG issues, including the preparation of briefing notes/presentations for senior management’s referenceSupport the development of SHEIN’s annual sustainability and social impact report and other strategic communications materials in support of the company’s overall policy positioning and profiling

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree or professional certification in ESG, Environmental Policy, Climate Change or other sustainability related fields
- At least 4 years of working experience in government relations or public policy relevant to ESG in either the public or private sector
- Keen interest in ESG and social impact projects, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into practical outcomes
- Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
