- Operate Scissor Lift and Elevated Working Platform as required.
- Assist the engineering team in conforming to cGMP, safety, and quality standards while maintaining plant cleanliness.
- Report equipment faults, breakdown root causes, and concerns to management, production supervisor, and engineering team.
- Utilize the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System when necessary and complete work orders (DM, PM & CAL) once work is finished.
- Diagnose equipment faults, repair them in a safe and efficient manner, and return the equipment to operational service.
- Assist with moving, installing, and repositioning machines and equipment.
- Complete assigned work safely and within a reasonable time frame, responding promptly to reported faults.
- Support the execution of equipment qualification (ES/IQ/OQ/PQ) as needed and address walks down, audit findings, and CAPA.
- Monitor and request replenishment of consumable and spare part inventory as required.
- Complete training assignments on time while complying with site quality and EHS requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative and drive. Proficient in both written and spoken English with good documentation skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to work on a rotating shift schedule if required. Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Must be a fast learner and trainable with a willingness to work overtime if required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a process equipment maintenance technician preferably in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and/or nutritional industries.
- Proven experience working with various plant equipment such as pumps, measuring instruments, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment and instruments such as valves, motors, mixers, homogenizers, HVAC equipment, flow/temperature/pressure transmitters, and electric motors. Ability to read P&ID and electrical drawings.
- Diploma in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, chemical process technology, food technology or other related courses.
