Retail Distribution

**OK Can Pte Ltd **is a retail company that sells toys, gifts and collectables such as Miffy dolls.

We are currently looking for a **Retail Distribution & Sales Executive** who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow You’ll be supporting the Sales Team on the sales strategy and retail distribution.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage a sales budget and collaborate on fiscal strategy to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple marketing channels.
- Plan and create monthly product schedules for clients
- Actively track sales data and hit all required sales metrics.
- Work on sales and operations to ensure a smooth and seamless ordering process.
- Manage receivables from clients to ensure collections are timely.
- Attend existing customer needs and look for opportunities to educate them on new products and services.
- Liaise with the warehouse to monitor the quality and quality of the stocks received. Make sure stocks are inspected in a timely manner and report any issues to the relevant parties.
- Assist drivers to set up merchandise and promotions at retail space when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in retail distribution or business development.
- Well organised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
