**_Executive, Procurement _**

To provide support to the Procurement Manager in the implementation of sourcing strategy through the execution of Request For Proposals (RFP) / Request For Quotation (RFQ) process.

**The Challenges**:

- Assist with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials for all centres
- Facilitate the Tender Evaluation meeting with the pre-determined evaluation criteria and weightage
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors for contracts
- Responsible for the entire Procurement process, monitoring from Requirement Gathering to Release of PO/LOA
- Manage project timeline, stakeholders and communications between end user and vendor
- Assist Procurement Manager with vendor assessment
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What it takes**:

- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, or any other any other relevant disciplines
- 2 Years relevant experience in procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work well under stress
- Meticulous, detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
