**Job Description**:

- Assist the e-commerce operations team to manage online operations:

- Product onboarding
- Assist with stocktake and phone testing through internal software
- Shoot and measure merchandise
- Edit product images post photoshoots
- Upload products online
- Order fulfillment
- Process, prepare and pack orders
- Coordinate well with logistics partners to ensure delivery services are performed efficiently
- Support self-collection service whenever necessary
- Warehouse Inventory Management
- Supporting customer online enquiries
- Managing and planning manpower demands according to the supply-demand
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
- 1 years of work experience in FMCG, Consumer industry
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
- Good verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and has good time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
