Responsibilities
- Overall, in charge of Vendor contracts procured under the Integrated Facility Team.
- Maintain and establish a system for managing contracts for the FM team.
- Assist the FM Team Project Team in evaluating tenders, cost estimates, and manage contracts on project matters.
- Prepare and compile claim documents to align with the site team.
- Monitor site progress where applicable and prepare claims against the value of work done.
- Responsible for cost estimation and control through planning and budgeting with clients and user needs.
- Assist and monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building or any relevant.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Quantity Survey postgraduate.
- Knowledge of civil projects.
- Good communication skills to engage users, FMs, and clients effectively.
- Proactive and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
- Good soft skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and good writing skills
- Mon to Sat ( 5.5 Days ), 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
