YOUR ROLE

As a Workshop Technician, my role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion for bicycles with our customers. Your role is to always deliver quality services through the repair of bicycles, personalization services and retail store sales.

Your Responsibilities:

- I have a passion to repair and I deeply care about extending the life of any product in my store.
- I am process driven and highly organized to provide a warm clean and welcoming environment in my workshop
- I provide professional, technical and friendly services that make customers want to come back
- I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my workplace

**Requirements**:
Bicycle Mechanic Skills:

- The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service.
- The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update the database.
- The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle.
- The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to track time and parts used per repair process.
- Bicycle tools organizational & management skills.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
